Worried about new greyhoubd

Hello - any help much appreciated!

Our lovely adopted grey has been with us a week but tonight she's very restless & her chest & stomach / rib cage is very warm to the touch. We have opened windows, offered water, food, taken her out?

Hi, if you have any concerns, you should contact your vet as a matter of course. Hope she's ok.
