Why not join us near Andover, Hampshire, for a country walk, to view the bluebells followed by afternoon tea on Sunday, 4th May? This will be the 3rd year for the Bluebell Walk and we will be meeting at the Village Hall at 2.15pm and setting off at 2.30pm. The full walk takes about one and a half hours but it can be shorter if needed. Dogs are very welcome but will need to be on the lead, partly because the landowner requests it in places but also because there is lots of wildlife around and we'll be on the edge of a forest and we don't want to see hounds haring off into the distance as they have been known to disappear into the forest and never be seen again. The walk will be followed by afternoon tea in the Village Hall, where there'll be a raffle and book stall and a "Bring and Buy" - so if you have anything you'd like to sell to raise money for Gap, we’d be delighted. The cost is £5.00 per (human) head, all proceeds to Greyhound Gap. Could you please let me know if you are coming, so we can be sure of having enough sandwiches, scones and cake!! For further details please pm me, if you include your phone number, I can call you.
