Hi, i know a few other charities do similar things, but there are sites that will pay for old electronic gadgets and dvds etc. Let's face it, Im sure we all have an old mobile phone etc thrown in a kitchen drawer not being used. These can be sent off to places such as: www.recyclingforcash.co.uk/www.cashinyourgadgets.co.uk/etc and the amount raised could go to Greyhound Gap. Just think how many dvds etc we must have sat about that we no longer watch..... I would rather cash them in and give the money to Gap than have something sat on the shelf gathering dust for the next 10 years. Also, old printer cartridges, no use when theyre empty but.... Anyway, just an idea.......

Rose Marie did arrange a collection of DVDs at one of the shows which raised lots of money......things like this are definitely a good way to boost funds

I'm always asking Gappers to let me have old CDs, DVDs, clothes and books as I can either sell them at car boot sales or get cash for recycling them.

I would love to have it to raise money for Gap but unfortunately I won't be at the show this time as I am on holiday.
Hilary may take some of it. Can the rest wait until the next show in May?
