If anyone can help please to get one of the show greyhounds back to his breeder. Thankfully she is willing to take him back there have him neutered and keep him as a pet. This is one of the dogs from the haul that we took in 9 from yesterday.
The sooner Toby is back home the better. Sadly Rita does not drive and her son is typically away for a few more weeks in New Zealand and Australia.

Can I just check.... Richmond in North Yorkshire heading south down A1 tomorrow?
I am booked for lunch tomorrow with my son but could get Toby started say as far as Wetherby Services- but I'd need to collect early (say 9am) so that may not be any use to you.
Or can do Monday and would have time to go further south, say to Ferrybridge ready for someone to do the M18/M1 leg BUT would need a few pennies towards fuel to keep OH happy so probably not ideal for you

If its on for tomorrow i could get it from wetherby services [if i knew where that was] down to the services near Sheffield if M1 or Blyth if its on the A1.

Thanks Liz That's about 60 miles from me, so could go up to Stansted area M11 or South Mimms if coming down A1M. Just throwing this out there, but if he could travel with Dickie (maybe one in back and one on back seat) we're in Newmarket on Monday so could possibly do this Monday? (From A11/M11) afternoon.... |
