I have had my greyhound Willow, for about 4 months now and she settled in beautifully. Unfortunately about 2 weeks ago she started peeing in the front room, even after a walk. I will take her outside and stand with her, i have even tried leaving outside for about 10 mins (not in the rain) but she just seems to have stopped doing it outside. Does anyone have any advice or help they can offer, as i am running out of clean carpet.
I had a very similar problem with Roxy. The first thing I'd say is get her checked at the vet, take a mid flow (not first thing in the morning) sample with you. Even if an infection isn't detected the problem may still be medical. Roxy has issues with bladder control which have been completely sorted with Propalin, her issue was that she couldn't 'feel' when she needed a wee.
It took us months to get to this diagnosis so hope your girl can be sorted quickly.
It may be anxiety and all sorts of other things but I'd have the vet look at her first.
