I'm planning to apply for a permit for Gap to collect in Chester sometime in the run up to Christmas, and am wondering when would be best / busiest. Are Saturdays busier than Sundays? (Saturday collection would mean Fran might struggle to lugg all our stuff to / from the van join us Would it be better at the beginning of Dec (8th / 9th) or the weekend before Christmas (22nd / 23rd)? What do you think? Hope to get the application in this weekend Ta folks

Dont know if you have set this up now, but Chester usually busier on Saturdays than Sunday. Not sure there will be much between the 2 dates tho, both will be busy.

I'd probably tend towards the 8th or 9th, I think, but yep - grabbing any of those dates would be a MAJOR coup Hun! And we'll b there . The only thing we have planned (potentially) is Bakewell on Sunday 23rd (but I'm not holding my breath for that) Jo x
