Whitby have both these Saturdays free. Please indicate which you would prefer, or if you don't mind which then select 'either', so I can reapply for the licence for the day when the most people can make it!
Thanks, Sarah x
p.s. I'm told that Saturdays are the busier day so I've stuck to this rather than going for a Sunday - if Saturdays present a real problem for people do say and I'll see what can be done.
Hope there are some more available folk out there - I reckon it could be a great day if we get a crowd. If it's these dates that are causing a problem do please let me know and I'll see what they have later in the year.

I'm going to go back to the drawing board on this one. With the great opportunity in York that Jo (Jo&Chris) has sorted for 3rd & 4th June, Jo (elmuervo) and I agree that to have two such major collections close together in a similar area (therefore drawing on the same group of hard-working volunteers) might be a bit much for humans and hounds alike.
Sooooo, I'll be back on the phone to Scarborough Council tomorrow to see if they have dates for later in June or into July! ;D
If you would like to come to the Whitby collection and have dates in June / July that you know are a no-no for you please let me know so I can discount them.
Sarah, i know you are trying your hardest but i definately cant do the 30th June / 1st July. paulx
Thanks Paul That's no problem, thanks for letting me know. It's entirely my own fault - I should have asked when people were free first before blundering off and booking things! ;D I'll avoid that weekend if I can.
Anyone else with dates to avoid please do say or I don't know I need to avoid them, if you catch my drift! ;D

peggy: Also a brand new greyhound owner, I love her already. It's hard to believe she is 4 years old, I have to keep reminding myself she was in a kennel and not a home. She is a beaut, but goes skits around food, I suppose it was the excieting time of day x
