Thanks Vicky will be in touch Can anyone else help with any section between say J31 M1 and the NEC Birmingham on Fri or Sat please .... Saturday? or Sunday If I'm reading these threads correctly they need doing Friday or Sunday, is that right Bridget? I suppose if they were separated, i.e. one crated, they could travel together? Could the runs be syncronised to arrive at Donington Park services at more or less the same time? Think I could get a big enough crate in the back of my car and leave room for a second dog, so could take both from Donington down to the NEC if needs be. Sunday would be my preferred day to do this, especially if the end of the run is actually within the NEC complex? Jackie x

I'd wondered that Jackie, i could put the back seat up and do Scunthorpe then Lincoln but then it's quite a way back to M1 from there, Jackie you prob know round there better what's your opinion as to best way to go if I did that?

That would be a bit of a trek Vicky. Bear in mind you have to get to Scunthorpe for a kick-off, then to Lincoln, and back to M1, then home again. Could be the best part of 3 -3 1/2 hours and a fair mileage. Best route I can come up with is g.co/maps/u3jkd That would bring you back to the M1 around Tibshelf, so would still need Tibshelf to Donington covering unless I came up to collect them from you. I would prefer to stick to Donington though if at all possible. I see Liz? (moonmaidendemelza) has offered to help with the Lincoln one, might be best if she were to do that if we could all agree on day and times. Jackie x

Liz :-) Oops sorry Liz, I didn't realise you were offering to pick up both dogs and take them all the way to the NEC. If you can fit two in separated then that sounds like it's all sorted. Have a safe journey. Jackie x

Thanks so much everyone and sorry for not updating sooner ... a few things going on atm. Anyway, looks like everyone's managed to work things out and get up to date now in my absence ;D .... except that I now have places for two more of the scunthorpe girls who have been waiting for AGES for their chance Need to get them from Scunthgorpe to Leek so Vicky is going to help with them so that will be four happy hounds on Sunday Thanks as always to Jackie and Rebecca - you can relax and put your feet up this w/e girls! ;D ;D Fingers and paws crossed the weather is good!
