Oh dear god - please let them be found and given the chance of a happy life, I would love five minutes alone with the cruel b......rs alone? you'll be fighting the rest of us I think. Latest update is that it's a garage forecourt, police are on the phone to the co-ordinator. They've managed to get hold of the name of the person who saw them at the garage and this lead is in progress. I'm sat on the edge of my seat, praying for these dogs to be found. Sonia must be wondering why I keep going and waking her for a cuddle, her ordeal before Christmas just makes this hit a nerve. To me it feels like it's Sonia out there.

Poor dogs, this is so awful. I hope they're found soon. If we were closer we'd be there helping. It's so amazing how trusting and loving greyhounds actually are when you think what alot of them go through in their early lives.

If you have a Facebook page please join to keep up to date with the search... MISSING GREYHOUND CO-ORDINATION GROUP
Hope this helps newcomers to the group. We are seeking two greyhounds. One is tan, missing its front left leg. The other is blue/grey. They were seen tied together at the neck with blue rope, and thrown from a green and yellow van on the A43 southbound between Kettering and Broughton, at around dusk on Friday evening. The police are working on the van; please no more speculation on companies! All vets, dog wardens, rescue centres etc are aware, as are police. Local radio stations and newspapers have been contacted, as have several landowners, the nearby golf course, workers in petrol stations, passers-by, horse-riders, dog walkers, gamekeepers, the traveller community...... Searches have been ongoing over a wide area, no positive sightings as yet; one possible lead in Desborough. Please check the main newsfeed for updated search areas and news.
