OK, so final tweak to the route, if Marie heads for Ferrybridge services at D, then I think it's sorted. maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Hardiwick+Kennels,+Stoke+%4052.99537,-2.06853&daddr=Derby,+DE74+2TN,+UK+to:S26+7XR+to:WF11+OAF+to:Clifford+St%2FB1227&geocode=FSqlKAMdzm_g_w%3BFdL-JQMdAQrs_yl1sKaGMuR5SDEqD1H9tpM6vw%3BFW6GLQMdTHLs_ymzm1s-w555SDFDuGsSLib7FQ%3BFfJbMwMdyavs_ynTkyv05Wp5SDEVMIxhIbfRhw%3BFXxTNwMdJH7v_w&hl=en&mra=ls&sll=53.703007,-1.276903&sspn=0.039326,0.077162&ie=UTF8&z=9 Graeme is going to aim to leave the kennels around 9am, so hopefully I will meet up with him around 10am, and get to Woodall for approx 11am. Marie should reach Ferrybridge for around 12 noon traffic permitting. I hope this is OK for everyone? Graeme has my mobile No. and I have Marie's so if you could let Marie have your contact details Gillian, then we should be sorted. I'm not normally a control freak, but I know Lisa is up to her eyes (or higher) in it at the moment, so just trying to ease the burden a little.

We may have to delay this transport I am trying to get hold of Gillian. One of the new poundies on the block is in the vets and it *MAY* be a very severe case of KC but until we get the all clear we have to suspect that it possibly potentially could be parvo. Thankfully its a seperate block at a seperate place at the kennels so non of the other dogs are in any form of risk BUT ALL the poundies are. Bloody fed up as Dodger and Earl received their 2nd jab yesterday had completed 2 weeks isolation and were in the clear and due to be moved to the safe blocks today.

OH BUGGER AND DAMNATION Everything crossed here that it's not the dreaded parvo, poor lad. Pity about the transport, but if it has to be postponed then there's not much that can be done about it. And better to be safe than sorry. Will await further news, and hope that things can go ahead as planned. Jackie x

We *may* be lucky and get the stool sample reports back from the laboratory today but I am doubting it will be before we were due to go ahead in the morning. IF we get the all clear at dinnertime we could potentially do the run later OR go for Saturday but it all depends on whether the others involved can re arrange and whether it will all tie in. We may be completely in the clear but I am just not willing to take that risk and move Dodge tomorrow until we have catogoric laboratory clearance that we are

Such a shame for Dodger and of course Emmet still hoping here that the results will be in early enough to get him out tomorrow. If the results go the right way we can do friday could do saturday but its not ideal as Dodger would have to be left for a few hours while we go to work on sunday, can't do sunday (unless its late afternoon/evening) next week most week days should be ok

I can do anytime tomorrow, so if it can go ahead later we will be ok to carry on with my part of the transport run. I am finishing work at 5.30am so will check then to see if anything sorted while at work but will then have to have a quick kip so might need a call from someone if times are set.

Marie will you be okay for Friday if we preliminarily aim for that on the basis that everything will be okay? Jackie are you happy to contact everyone and see if we can potentially mimic the run again on Friday? At the moment its looking like we may be in the clear. Emmett is doing well after having fluids and has eaten and thus far we have had no signs of sickness or diahorrea and the results will be back before 2pm tomorrow so we will know for sure.

Graeme and Gillian have both said they could do Friday, and I can be free with a little rescheduling, so that looks like the best bet. If Marie is unable to do anything Friday we will just have to manage without her. I'm sure something can be sorted, and if it means Dodger gets to where he is supposed to be, and frees up space for another one to come in, then that's what matters. Jackie x
