These two dogs are currently in W. Midlands with their owner, but sadly need to be rehomed TOGETHER. Here is a write-up from their owner ......
Tia (glenski Lisa) will be 8 in August as you can see she is no problem with cats and has never shown them any aggression. She is fine with all types of dog, she does love to announce herself as she runs up to them but we've never had any problems. She will chase squirrels and rabbits but other than that she is great off lead and has great recall. She is fit and healthy and has no problems with children at all, shes done the school run many times. She doesnt like loud bangs and is terrified around bonfire night so we dont walk her at night then.
Mido is a foxhound/greyhound lurcher and is approx 5 years old. He too is no problem with cats and great with all other dogs. He loves children and we have never had any issues with aggression at all. His problems are seperation anxiety, he cant be left alone AT ALL or he WILL CHEW lots and lots though hand on heart since the day we got Tia he's not chewed anything. If he gets out, say he rushes past the children and off out of the door then he gets very frightened, he's obviously been mistreated for running off when he was younger, he's much better now though and a quick game of sticky on the green at the end of the road (3-4 mins) is all it takes to regain his confidence and he's happy to sit to have his lead on and walk back home. He loves women but takes his time to bond with men.
And both dogs together
A homecheck will be carried out by Greyhound Gap .... if you feel you could offer these two a home TOGETHER, please contact Liz on 01473 623343. Both dogs are neutered and their vaccinations are up to date.
