Soona has been found, having been out in the woods all night. He has some nasty scratches and is exhausted, but is now safe on the sofa catching up on sleep.
I have no idea what he is crossed with but his photo bears a disturbing resemblance to a kangaroo!

Saw this happy ending on the website earlier today - excellent news! Have been so taken with violet's story on this site that I keep checking the page - so frustrating for you all and desperate for the owners, keeping everything crossed for her to come into the trap soon and then home for lots of tlc. Really pleased about soona's return though - excellent! X

Big setback with Violet, who was getting closer and closer to the trap and following her family and supporters around in the dark, snaffling sausages minutes after they were left. Some drunken vandals pulled the camo nets off the trap, emptied rubbish bins into it and urinated over the bedding and food. Everyone is very upset, as of course Violet is now afraid to go to that area and with good reason. She is probably not far away and keeping her head down. I have offered to take Wispa there if they can't locate her new hidey hole, provided that someone can accommodate Wispa, Polly and myself in MK area. Team Violet is very well organised with a number of supporters so I am sure they will sort something if they want us.
