This poor girl ran off after being clipped by a car on Tues evening. It's semi rural with a lot of cover so she may have survived this awful weather.
Wispa and I are snowbound up the hill from Dronfield but the husband of one of the Doglost team can pick us up in his 4x4 about midday tomorrow to take us there and see if we can get a scent.
If there is anyone in N Sheffield area who can help at all, please call the number on the Doglost page or text/.call me on 97772 432366
And please send us some good thoughts to find her tomorrow.

Sadly this dear old girl is over the Bridge It turned out that she had not been clipped by the car but was killed outright and her body moved to the verge.

UPDATE FROM OWL 5/12/10
In addition to the grief caused by Harriet running off and being seen on the bypass, her devoted people have had to deal with someone who is to put it politely unreliable. There was no body on the verge or anywhere else, highways people have not picked one up, and the traffic on the bypass at that time was snowbound and crawling along. She may still be out there somewhere, and there are places she could shelter, or someone may have taken her in. Publicity is going out again. The case is reopened.
