Can anyone design us a GG Certificate please? We have had the idea that we can put a auction on ebay with buy it now units £1. Ebays rules are that you have to give something in return. We can list a I gave a £1 to a hound certificates at £1 a unit and perhaps offer 100 units each time! With ebay and paypal fees we may only get about 90p BUT its 90p and you never know someone may buy a bigger amount of units. Postage is charged at 1st class stamp and they get a certificate with their name and the amount of units they purchased.

;D I love this idea, why don't you just email folk the certificate once they've paid & save the postage? People can then print it off if they want.... I think you have to have your email address on ebay anyway don't you?

If you need the components for the Gap logo I have a reasonable sized version of just "the heads" as a .jpg - but it's on a white background so will need to be made transparent if you wanted to overlay it onto something. I also have a couple of full logos (heads/words on an orange background) as .ai and/or .jpg formats.
But... I am certain that if you contact Janine (jchannelle) she would very kindly provide versions of any artwork needed in whatever size/format you need. ;D

I think the email out is a good idea, as A5 and A4 sizes sent by post cost more.

Lisa - what about this? If you dont like it or want something altered just let me know - I dont really know what your normal posters/promotional stuff looks like as I am always too far away to get to anything !!!(I did have some other ideas so if this one no good dont hesitate to say!) This is only a low grade photobucket image - if its OK I can email you two - a high resolution for printing and a lower res for emailing if you are going to go down the email route. Zoe

Zoe, I like it, could you just change the website address to www.greyhoundgap.org.uk - I know the banner on here shows the old one, both work but org.uk takes you straight to the site. Another question being a bit dim in the techy department, what software did you use to make it, would it be easy enough for us to add a person's name and amount donated to the certificate if we were to email it to them?

No .com is on all the official merchandise so fine! Just thinking though sadly we have to print these off and am thinking of saving ink so maybe its too complex? Was just thinking a straight forward white certificate with the wording on and possibly just the outline of the hounds without the colour? Am thinking of not costing ourselves a bomb in ink and having nothing back. I much prefer to phsycially post something for someone filled in and hand signed than just email seems a bit of a cop out.

Zoec - could you email me the certificate format - as I'd like to nick the header bit for decorating my holiday cottage money box!
.jpg format will be fine - so I can crop in Paint.
My email address is k9knitters@btinternet.com. Thanks!
Cheers, Carrie

Thanks Zoe. Nettie is going to handle printing these and posting them out and as soon as we have a picture I can upload it to ebay. I think this could be quite a goer as im sure loads more people will see it!
