.... I took in a young male Lurcher Sunday, who was nearly run over by a couple in Wakefield. They took him home, coz he was in a bit of a state, fed him and bathed him and he repaide them by trying to eat one of their cats He now has a very sore muzzle! Anyway, they brought him him and we put him in the barn. Yesterday he got out - he'd eaten his way through the wooden sides Luckily I caught him (raiding a bin bag next door ) and put him in a house kennel in the office......well, he went in the office with the kids who were playing on the pc and was no trouble at all. Then they came in for tea and put him *securely* in the house kennel..............or not...............they didn't do it up properly, so he had a lovely time. Nick was NOT impressed when he came home to discover the mess..So we've cleaned it all up and made sure the indoor kennel can be shut properly, but he's still trying to get out coz he wants to be with people. I can't have him in the house coz I've got Hamish, Jenna and Sasha extra and it would upset my lot no end having another male dog in.................can anyone offer Billy a foster home? He's fine with other dogs and great with kids.....but not with cats
