We took in 2 Greyhounds from a trainer via Greyhound Gap 2 weeks ago and the trainer has asked us to take another 4 ex-racers. I can drive up to collect 2 of them but desperately need help transporting the other two. The can be transported together.
The route would be J3 on M42, M25 , M26, M20 to Rainham. They need to be at the kennels by 4pm.
Dottie and Lucy need to be moved from the trainer within the next week.
Thanks

We are desperate to get these Greyhounds out by Sunday - can anyone please help to move them from the Midlands down to Kent.

If you have problems with finding someone to help you with this then I could always do it. I could visit my dad for the weekend once we drop the Grey's off at Rainham because he lives in Rochester in Kent, about 20mins from Rainham. Could I collect the Grey's on Fri or Sat if I did it. Could you let me know by Thurs evening.

Liz that would be fantastic. If you could get the two girls down on Friday I can bring the other two down on Monday and then they are all safe.
The trainer dosn't provide collars or leads. Is there any chance you could get a couple from somewhere just for the journey & then I will leave replacements at the kennels. Otherwise I will have to post them up to you.
Can you pm me your phone number. I am off to the kennels for the day but will call you tonight.

This is now sorted. The trainer is so pleased we have taken on her dogs, she has asked if we could have 3 greyhound pups ;D ;D ;D how could we refuse. They will be on the site shortly looking for homes. They are only 16 weeks old & very well socialised.

"The trainer dosn't provide collars or leads. " I think its the least they can do provide the essentials - in fact if I take a dog from trainers I insist on collar, muzzle and lead after a problem during one transport run, Sue
