I'm Ice i am nearly 8. I was living with my foster family for quite a while before Lisa found me a sofa. I have been living with my new family since feb/march this year. At first i missed Judy and Mike and all my friends, and I had to get used to being an only dog (not too hard actually, I get all the fusses, all the treats and I don't have to worry about a sofa to lie on cause they're both mine) but since then have settled in really well and love my new sofa. Although I do lie on the wrong one, so Stacey gets squashed, but she doesn't mind cause i keep her warm and she tickles my neck until i go to sleep. I am also living with Bethany, my new friend who is six years old. She brushes me and cuddles me, she even helped to bandage my leg when i cut it last month (all better now!) All of the family welcomed me and I see Lisa alot because beth's nanny lives next door. Stacey is hoping to foster soon, so a new friend for me!!!!!!
Nice to hear that Ice has settled so well. He is such a handsome boy, I can't believe he waited so long for a home of his own. It sounds as though it was well worth the wait though and he is being spoiled rotten. ;D
And many strokes, though with a little axe, Hew down and fell the hardest-timbered oak.
Oooh, Ice! ;D You are still a big favourite of mine and so, so handsome. I'm really glad you have settled into your new home well and look forward to getting an update on Staceys new fosterling too. Does Stacey take photos? If so, I need to see some!
Missy & Dylan. Rosie & Rusty always in our thoughts.
ahhhh my old Icicle bycicle ;D ;D ;D i knew you'd love your new family and be Bethanys best pal, good to know your so happy, hope to see you soon when we go to pick up Ace cant wait to give you a bigggggg kiss ;D
This is my first post after just registering with the forum.
I have been following Ice's story from years back, because not only is he beautiful he is the father of my gorgeous girl Tiny. It seems that she has inherited her gentle and laid back personality from her Dad
Ice meet your daughter..........
Until we meet again puppy - Flash 5/10/06 - 11/11/10
Hello and welcome to Greyhound Gap. Sadly Ice left for the bridge last week after he became very poorly. Stacey and Kerry his owners as you can imagine are devestated. It may be worth sending Stacey a private message as I am sure it would be lovely for her to know that one of Ice's off spring are still out there and that a little bit of him lives on.

peggy: Also a brand new greyhound owner, I love her already. It's hard to believe she is 4 years old, I have to keep reminding myself she was in a kennel and not a home. She is a beaut, but goes skits around food, I suppose it was the excieting time of day x

steeveet: Hi there, just had our home inspection by a lovely lady with her Greyhound Arthur, who I could have happily snaffled as he was sweet and at home with our girl Belle. Does anyone here know how we now get to meet any of the dogs who need a home?
