Sally has been taken into the pound as a cruelty case, as she was badly mistreated by her last owner. She is aprox 10 years old, and a whippet cross. The pound have agreed to keep her over xmas untill the new year. So she is desperaty looking for a home She doesnt deserve to be in the pound, she would like to find a forever home where she can live out the rest of her years, with lots of cuddles and love and a nice warm bed.  Please pm me if you think you can offer Sally a home. Aly |

Any idea what her temperament is like, cats/kids/other dogs etc?
Bless her - hope she finds a warm home soon....dare I say, has Bevd seen her? ;D

Oh my heart bleeds seeing this girl- she really looks like my old girl Ruby. If I owned my own home I'd drive and get her tonight (and would have a houseful of dogs). Be safe sweetheart!

Well one of the pound staff felt sorry for the old girl and has taken her home over to foster over the xmas holidays, so I will find out what she is like with other dogs, but I imagine she would be fine ;D

So glad she's at least safe for a few weeks. Is she a whippet size or bigger do you know?

Well I wish Lisa, but I think they have only taken her out due to the fact that something could happen to her if she is left there for that long over xmas, and they dont want to take the chance with her ( or they would have to face the roth of mary  ) She has been taken out with another male lurcher (see pic) who will also need a place asap in the new year...so by the looks of it this little lady is good with other dogs  and size wise...umm I think by the looks of it she is a bit bigger than a wippet  Aly xx |
